So new reports tell us that Arsenal, are ‘back in’ negotiations with Velez midfielder Ricky Alvarez, says the Daily Mail. This comes almost a month after the ever-reliable Goal.com claimed we had signed the 23 year-old. The Daily Mail say: ‘Arsenal executive Richard Law had talks with Velez Sarsfield president Fernando Raffaini in Argentina but was unwilling to pay the £11million the South American side wanted’, think of that what you will, but the 6ft 2in Argentinean..
